This ordinance authorizes the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to link all General Budget Reservations from this ordinance to the Universal Term Contract with S.A. Comunale Company, Inc. for various fire safety inspections and testing for the Facilities Management Division. It also authorizes a transfer of $1,300,000 within the general fund and the expenditure of $100,000 from the general fund. The ordinance declares an emergency to expedite its implementation.

Comunale Company, Inc. for annual smoke and fire alarm testing, inspection, and repair, as well as sprinkler inspections, fire pump testing, and fire suppression testing for the Facilities Management Division; to authorize a transfer of $1,300,000.00 within the general fund; to authorize the expenditure of $100,000.00 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency.
